File at least one tax document today

Today is the last day to file a tax return and there is a good number of Americans that won’t send anything to the IRS today for a number a reasons:
- They don’t have the time
- They owe more money and can’t pay it
- They can’t figure out the forms
I am here to tell you to at least send something to the IRS. The worst thing you can do is ignore them (don’t ask me how I know
)
If you can’t afford your payment at least send in your return. If you haven’t finished your return make sure to file for an extension. You can get the form to request an extension here. Remember, if you owe money this is not a request to not pay, just an extension on filing.
Quick Tip: Start your return early next year which will give you a lot more time to find deductions and save some stress on trying to get it mailed out at the last minute.
Quick Tip: Everyone will be mobbile the post office today so if there is a pack & ship store you may want to stop by there to get in and get out.
