Christmas, Birthdays, Anniversaries – it’s tough to keep coming up with the “perfect” gift that matches their interests. Well, I don’t have that problem anymore, since I found Gift Badger (www.giftbadger.com). It’s a funny name but the point of the site is really helpful.
The first thing you do is create a free account and select your ‘likes’. They have almost everything covered - from what kind of candy you like, to what sports you watch. You can choose to enter as little or as much information as you want and most of the process is simple mouse clicks. Just like Facebook, you can invite friends and family to join to view their profile. This allows you to see their clothing sizes, jewelry likes, and more to use as a guide when you are shopping.
To be honest, I just printed out the profile and walked into a florist and said, “I need a bouquet of these.” Hey, I didn’t know what Gerberas were.
In addition to the gift profile you can also create a wishlist of specific gifts that you want. I want to keep this post short so I’ll just list the rest of the things you can do quickly.

- Gift Tracker – When you have to buy gifts for multiple people, like around the holidays, you can track who you already bought for and who is left.
